    • I’m not hungry when I leave for work in the AM so I don’t eat breakfast, but I drink coffee. On my first break I’ll have green tea and a breakfast bar or treats someone brought in. Lunch is the time scheduled. Dinner is between 6-8pm.

Since I sleep in over the weekend I usually have brunch or lunch. If I had a heavy lunch I’ll eat something light such as salad or a snack for dinner.

    • Yes, I eat 3 meals a day.  I usually take lunch between 12 and 12:30 p.m.  Dinner is usually between 7 and 8 pm.  I eat cereal before I go to work and then a bagel or English muffin when I get work.
