Does anyone know how Green Tea works to help loosing weight?

    • Coffee? No not really. It will speed up your heart rate. My youngest sister by 5 years had to cut down because it was causing her to have irregular heart beats and she found that out at her doctors office just getting a check up he new right away what was causing that. As for green tea it is a great anti-oxidant and is available w/o caffeine. Gotta drink a lot of it if it’s brewed! I have a great natural herbal company I get mine from in concentrated liquid form one dropper full equals 15 cups. You can drink it hot, cold and in any liquid. It’s fab for keeping skin looking young and like you said Stephanie, good for weight lose!
