    • I’ve been working hard on losing weight and am down almost 30#.  For the new year I want to work on being more fit as well.

And I always say I want to be kinder, and it just never works out for me.  At the end of the year I’m always still the same old crab.

    • It’s the same old stuff that I’ve been saying for a couple of years.  I’ll be satisfied to lose 10 pounds, but 20 will make me happy.

For the new year I need to focus on being nice to myself I’m my worst enemy. I want to be more positive than a downer.

    • Spend less time on social media like Facebook and spend that time either reading up on my industry or pick up the phone and call a friend I haven’t talked to in a while.

I actually don’t think I spend that much time on Facebook, but I wouldn’t mind cutting down even more.

    • A friend got me fired up over the weekend, I want to get back to reading this year.  I have a great booklist started.  I’m going to read my way thru 2015.
