    • Same thing every morning for over a year...and I’ve gone from a size 26-18...and still counting!

      High quality protein with dense nutrition.  First time in my life I’ve eaten breakfast on a consistent basis and I feel GREAT!

      I can keep weight at bay with 1 meal/day. Or lose weight with two meals. Then, I can eat whatever I want for dinner, pretty much, even with a glass of wine, and still lose.

    • I find if I don’t eat breakfast that I’m starving all day.  I usually will eat oatmeal in the winter months, but other times I will have yogurt with a few grapenuts added for crunch.   If it is on the weekend—especially Sundays I will take the time and make poached eggs and toast.

    • I am not a breakfast eater. Shakes work great for me. I have a glycolean shake with Osolean targeted fat loss protein powder. Sometimes I will toss in some fruit. Once in a blue moon we’ll cook a big breakfast, but I usually do this for supper - eggs, grits, biscuits, and no nitrate sausage or organic, nitrate free bacon. I was amazed at how much better it tastes!

    • I have to eat breakfast to avoid migraines. That,and a cup of coffee.Hardly ever get headaches anymore.
      I usually have Total wheat cerael with 2% milk and sugar, or oatmeal with brown sugar and two wheat toast.
