    • I had a complete hysterectomy in 1996 (30yrs old). Yes I did have problems at first. Dryness, lack of interest, etc. But I went on hormone therapy, the one I was on was Estratest it has both female and male (for the sex drive)hormones in it. That seemed to do the trick. I was on them for about 5 years and then slowly weaned myself off of them.  Still to this day I have no problems. Sex drive is normal, no dryness etc. I have not noticed any other health problems either. How long ago did you have your hystie? It takes a while to adjust.

    • I had “full hysterectomy“1987, 22 years ago; after my right ovary exploded on my wedding night 1979. They are telling me that nerves were clipped back then that they try to avoid now. That helps alot! Been on the Hormone treatment you mentioned then when I had to change Dr.s, HE said I didn’t need them anymore & wouldn’t give me Rx for them! I almost HATE all male Doctors!!! Thanks for listening.
