    • Wow, this is a hard one!  I honestly think that you can’t!  I think that part of the healing process it to talk, talk, talk!  I have been told that journaling/blogging can help you get out and help you to deal with your feelings.  Is there someone else, that you know, who is also going through a break-up?  You two could talk to each other and feel that not only are you sharing, listening, and supporting one another, but also that there is someone who can truly “relate” to you.  My other suggestion is to talk to a therapist, if you so choose to do so and can afford one!  Good luck and I hope that you are feeling better soon!
