Tell me what you do to stay fit? (I do ballet, killer cardio, and weights)
I am back to working out. I do 30 mins cardio in the am and 40 mins of weights in the pm.
Uhm, I work.
A case of french fries weighs 40# and a case of beef is usually 20#. Fries have to be stacked on the top shelf in the freezer. Is that enough weight training for me. Yes it is.

I’ve always wanted to try Zumba.
3 days a week I do killer cardio for an hour (treadmill, elliptical, or high powered dancing at the studio).
On alternating days (3 other days) I do conditioning with weights, resistance bands, and my Pilates reformer.
I also do quite a bit of ballet (en pointe for the last 5 years).
I want to be the healthiest, most beautiful in my life by the time I’m 50 (2010).
My trainer says less heart rate cardio and MORE fat burning (boring) cardio. Now, I’m recovering from hip flexor strain.
