    • Prior to me moving out of my home of 12 years I had the BEST neighbors, especially my neighbor Ms. James, she was a single woman with a dog no children a very hard working woman who would not settle for any man so she remains single till she finds the right guy for her. She and I had a wonderful relationship like a sisterhood, we looked out for each other and I didn’t mind my hubby going over doing small deeds for her she was trust worthy and so is he, we would plant our flower gardens together and do yard work together, we were on the Rough River Cleanup Committee in our neighborhood, and she was like we love nature. She was the sweetest and the best neighbor one could ever ask for, we used to invite her over for our late night cookouts in the summer and just enjoy the outdoors, and she’d do the same with us, we’d go shopping together we did a lot of things together I miss her as a neighbor but we still keep in touch she has a sister who lives not even a good mile from me now so she calls me we have lunch sometimes, but we still consider our selves as neighbors lol.

    • No relationship with them. Just a hello/goodbye.

At times they are a nuisance when they play their music too loud.

    • I hear ya Ms.Kay where i am now lawd help me I CAN‘T stand any of the people in this building they are so ignorant and inconsiderate of the others that live here. The stupid heiffer upstairs over us she is young about 26 or so but I can tell you just as good when she is going to have sex and can hear them mainly her mouth just screamin’ and carrying on, I have had to hit the ceiling a few times in the past to tell her to shut the H*** up! The rest of these people here leave the main entry door open whereas anyone can just walk in I had to get with one guy here he was tryin’ to kick the door in because he left his key, my lord just buzz another unit and someone will let you in this is a very nice area, and the building is well kept its just the people the allow to move in that makes it bad, Lord knows I can’t wait to move into my new home.

    • neicy...girl i know what you mean....i have a downstairs neighbor and she is always angry about something...she constantly yells...don’t know if she’s talking to her kids or on her cell phone or what but it never fails....every....single.....day

I’ve been in my building for about 5 years and I chose not to be chummy with anyone only because I see the drama that unfolds in the neighborhood.

Between the drama, activity, noise....man, I can’t wait to move in my new home either!!

    • I don’t have too many neighbors.  There are four houses on our whole block.  One lady who lives behind me is about 85 never sticks her nose out of her house, but I know she watches every move anyone makes.  Her crazy daughter is living with her at the moment and she’s ok.  I chat with her when I see her.  She is kind to my dogs.

The neighbor right next to me is 84.  I see her all the time.  I don’t like her that well.  She’s kinda bossy and opinionated, but she’s very hard of hearing so she can’t hear my dogs barking at night.

The neighbors kitty corner across the alley I used to work for.  Nice people, but when they are home they keep totally to themselves. I have nothing to do with them except when I go out to eat.

All in all, I can’t complain about any of my neighbors.  They‘re all good folks.

MsKay, this tramp is always stumping across the floor you can hear all of her phone conversations, she is just silly and immature for someone of her age, two weeks ago she and her I guess man were in a heated argument and I hear the whole thing he was ttrying to break up with her man was she ever begging this joker not to leave her I was like WTH??? let that no good &%$#@! go! he ended up staying and again scrwed her brains out, my hubby says she import her d*** in because he only comes seemingly on pay weekends and she goes and picks him up you know that type of thing lol. But she has since calmed down with some of the sexual noises because she doesn’t want to have to deal with me.

we have a family across the street though-he’s always being nasty b/c people “park on my street“!  Issues, issues

I wonder who told him that he “owned” that part of the street?

    • Like a good neighbor, Chinadoll is there!

I have their phone numbers.  I call them if they forgot to close their garage doors and they do the same for me.  They know my dogs by names and if they ever ever run loose, the dogs will be found shortly.

The wives here are closed.  In summer, we stand on the front lawn and talk about our husband and kids.  The men shuffle each other driveway with their new toy, snowblower or a truck with blades.

We are kidding about making a stream or a bridge going from yards to yards.  We are a crazy bunch here.

    • The neighbor below me burned my house down so I’m not so good with him.

However, on a positive note, what that fire did was show me the good neighbors I do have.  There’s a couple who live 2 doors down that stayed with me for 14 hours straight after the fire. Never left my side, protected me from all the insurance adjusters that were trying to get to me and made sure I was fed.  They are my angels and I’m not sure I would have ever found them without the fire the first neighbor started.

My house is still not rebuilt but they are still there watching over everything when I can’t. They have been my unwavering support.

She is sour and mean and raising her teen age daughter to act the same. Husband left last year and now everytime we see him, he is happy as a lark.

    • I live in a condo which is set up with hallways (highrise)a neighbor who is so cheap lives next door. I have given him throughout the years dishes, toaster oven, TONS of candy, glasses and more.He told me before I throw anything away let him see it.

He doesnt need money his dad left him several million 16 yrs ago so he decided to quit the world-never leaves home-walks to the liquor store/deli. He is so incredibly cheap he could spend his life donating his time helping others instead he gets stoned daily-I smell it! Hes 46 doesnt even have anyone over except one guy every weds bringing him his “goodie bag“.  After 7 years of giving him so much I lost my garage opener, he said he can bet me he can get one for FREE (they cost 25 to replace). He did get one FREE and asked me for 25.00.  I said Im not giving you a thing after all I gave you he said he had to talk sweet to an 80 year old lady he knew didnt need hers, and for that I should give him 25!!

We havent spoken in 2 years since then, we pass each other in the hall we ignore each other. UPS has delivered a few packages that were GONE by the time I got home. He is the ONLY one home all day and Im sure its him. What can I do, the police said NO PROOF nothing can be done?
Sadly so many good people die of cancer and other diseases he’s rotten to the core and Im sure he will live his usless life until he’s 100!!
