    • I love Raspberry Lemonade. The best I’ve EVER had was at Sonny’s Bar-B-Que in Pensacola, Fl last week. The food is great too!
Oh, I also make a great lemon chicken with pasta. I cook chicken breasts in a pan until lightly browned (I use olive oil and I season the chicken). Then I add cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, fresh chopped parsley, lemon juice, garlic and a little water. Stir and then let it simmer for 15 minutes. Cook either linguine or your favorite pasta and either add the noodles to the pan or serve the soup mixture on top. YUM!

    • I have a big lemon tree with the ugliest lemons you’ve ever seen but the most delicious juice! I use lemons in everything from pesto to caesar salad dressing to pasta dishes. It adds such a pop at the end of cooking. I love lemons.

One of my favorite quick salad dressings is one crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper, dried oregano, a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, juice of 1/2 lemon and some olive oil.

    • my husband and son love my lemon coconut bars.  I usually use my favorite lemon bar recipe and sprinkle about a cup of unsweetened, shredded coconut on top before baking.  I think Yana had me publish the recipe here once when the site first started.

If not, someone pm me at either carine or my alterego “whatscooking” and I’ll talk about it when I’m back from vacation!

    • Lemon Meringue pie.  But lemons are very expensive here, so I rarely buy any.  My daughter will sit and eat a lemon like an orange.
