Are any of you using bio identical hormones? If so, Have they helped you? I would love to hear from anyone that has used, or is using them. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I wish I had information for you Kimmyarra! I am interested in knowing more about bio identical hormones too. I read Suzanne Sommer’s book. Then I asked my doctor about it. She said that she doesn’t prescribe them because they are so expensive. I hope someone replies to this that has used them.

Wow it is hard to believe that all the women on this site and not one are on them...I too would love to know! I have watch the show, read the books and still can’t decide what to do. Anybody out there that is please let us know so we can see how you feel and if they helped. Thanks
