    • He doesn’t listen to me. I have to repeat everything, sometimes several times! UGH!

    • Sometimes I feel like it goes one ear and comes out the other. I always get him in the end when I say, “What do you think I should do?” He replies, “Huh did you say something?” He knows he’s in trouble then.

I have learned that I can’t tell him things on the phone or when he’s on the computer or watching t.v.

Men can’t successfully do more then one thing at a time, its just the bottom line. Except drink a beer, watch tv, and eat chips.

    • I see a pattern here........

I too have to repeat everything to him.  We can be in the car just the two of us, I’m talking and he looks at me 30 seconds later and says “Sorry, what?”  Grrrrrrrrr

    • Anonymous,
Good idea using "What do you think I should do?".

Maybe we can come up with some others, like “...and it only cost $5,000!”  LOL!!!
That outta get ‘em, don’t you think?  ;)

    • Men are all the same, the hear but they don’t listen.

The trick here is to relate the message without the words

Let’s have a contests who can come up with the best trick :)

    • Talking in the middle of the show or standing right in front of the screen to tell me something while I’m watching the telly—so annoying and rude! But he tries not to do that. (I really need to get that multi-room DVR-LOL!)

Then there’s way he can never find anything, even if it’s right under his nose!

Smoking those nasty cigarillos. That has GOT to stop.
