    • Get some boneless, skinless chicken breasts.  Put them between 2 pieses of plastic wrap and whap them with a mallet a few times.  You don’t want to really flatten them, just smack down that bump.

      Throw them in a plastic bag.  Pour creamy garlic dressing over them.  Zip the bag closed and squish them around with your fingers until they are all covered with the dressing.  Open the bag and give another squirt.  Squish again.  Squeeze out as much air as you can, zip the bag closed, toss it in the fridge and go to work.

      Get a bag of Cubbersons herb dressing.  Pulverize it in the food processor.  Or put it in a bag and run the rolling pin over it until you get crumbs.

      Take the chicken out of the bag and roll it in the crumbs.

      Bake at 375 until done.  (about 30 minutes)
