i am trying to loose weight,my legs and stomach are big.i need help...what kind of exercise and diet can i do???

    • I do zumba dance fitness, belly dance and now looking for turbo jam fitness. Make sure to check with your Dr first before try any diet or exercises routine. You can, if you want to with professional help. Go for it.

    • I too am working on loosing weight.  I have tried the Hydroxycut powder that you add to water.  Tastes great and works real well if you follow their dietary quidelines.  But definately check with your doc to make sure there are no underlying causes for your weight gain.

      These DVDs are AWESOME and you can do this right in your own home. The results are AMAZING. Nutrition information is included with these and you have live coaches to assist you at any time. One of them is a great friend of mine. You should see HIM! lol
      Look into this. You wouldn’t regret it.
      It’s the 1st plan I’ve seen that balances out mind, body and soul. What’s not to love? lol

    • I usually walk with a friend, exericse on the eliptical machine and weight machine. I also change my eating habits.  Drink lots of water too.

    • Spot reduction is a myth .  You can't make fat leave one area of your body, I wish it would though.  Anyway, incorporate total body exercise...movements that utilize all muscle groups.  It is true that muscle burns fat so the more muscle you gain the more fat you burn.  You can't bulk unless your taking steroids.

      I am a certified trainer, I teach Turbokick (the mother of Turbojam), I use kettlebells (I really love kb), HIIT (high intensity interval training like sprints) and yoga, pilates my own bodyweight.  At one point in my life (4 years ago) I weighed 269 pounds, now I’m now to 150 and I will be 50 this year.
