It is almost noon. What have you done so far this fabulous day?
I made a Lemon Raspberry Cake for a pic nic I’m going to. I’m about to cook some fried corn as well
So far, I took a shower and made some breakfast and clean the kitchen.Spoke to my hubby on the phone. Do need to go to the store for some household stuff, but I’m trying to hold off..
Hey!! I’m suppose to just chill!! oh, well..
Gilda
I went to the drug store for personals and to have a few pictures developed, then I stopped my the church bazaar and now I am back home. I’m supposed to get together and play pool with an acquaintance.
It’s only seven in the morning where I am. I’ve already cleaned 2 rooms in my house, had a bowl of cereal, watered my plants. I was told I had 50 people coming to my house this evening for an event and now the number is 100. Thank goodness they‘re catering it and they’ve hired clean up help! I usually have to do it all.
Well I’ve been to the hair and nail salon already, I guess I need to run to the store and then get with some friends later.

Not a whole lot, but it’s a start.
took my bath
did my makeup
started laundry
cleaned litter boxes
swept the hall/living/dining/kitchen
Now it’s time for a fab/coffee break!

Oh my gosh, Cynthia! YOU are amazing! I once had 70 people in my house for a July 4th event. It was storming so they all came inside. We have tile floors, which is good for cleaning but bad for noise! I just kept wondering if anyone would miss me if I disappeared for a while!
Hope your event is all you desire!

I got out and washed my car: got tired of making cropduster’s circle on the windshield... And did some laundry... Going to the store and buying a few items...
Got the kid out of bed at 6 and fixed him breakfast. We weeded one whole flower bed before I went to work. Came home, defrosted the big freezer, got clothes hung on the line, went to the gas station for coffee and a qt of oil, cooked lunch for the kid. Refrained from beating the kid. Can he move any slower?????????
Oh, I let said kid drive to the gas station. I didn’t have any gray hair when the morning started but I might now!

I made French toasts for my family for breakfast,
cleaned 2 rooms,
went to the store to buy some flowers.
I planted ornamental grass and geraniums, spikes in my 2 palnters on a patio;
I also put some flowers in flower boxes.
10 min ago I started making a new necklace.
That’s my day so far:)
It’s me again. I just got back in from playing pool with the acquaintance from school. It was fun. I played fairly well not counting the two times I scratched. I was the winner overall. Some skill and some luck.
Slept in a little as I’ve not been exactly anti-stress lately. Also why I’ve not been around here much lately either. Not much positive going on. My 19 yr old has been a handful & seems to think, according to his actions/attitude that he’s entitled to do anything he wants in MY house. It’s been ugly the past few days. My foot is DOWN & I’m NOT budging it. So, he’s been VERY vocal & the things that fly out of his mouth have been quite unbelievable. So THAT is what I’ve been dealing with today. My head hurts. Going to take a hot bath & go spend time with a few friends. Hope everyone’s day is good. See ya later~
Tulip, that’s funny
Ok, I have to know, just how old is this “kid” and why are you cooking breakfast and lunch for him? LOL
I slept in, spent time having fun with my boys, beat a high school friend at bejewled blitz on face book and am getting ready to take my boys to the park
Tulip ~ you crack me up with “the kid” stories!! You are going to need your own blog to keep us up to date
Tulip, hahaha! I’ve got one of those that moves slow too! you’ve got to drive stakes to see him move! haha! actually, he’s not as bad as he used to be. Strange thing is, when he was young (little) he was HYPER!!! I do not know what happened. Body snatching?

I babysat my grandson last night and got no sleep because he kicked and hit me and pulled my hair in his sleep all night and then woke up to start his day at 5:00 a.m. So needless to say I was tiiiiiiiirrrrred!!!!! So I brought him home this morning, stopped to get some DD coffee came home, got online for a bit and then hit the sack around 10:30 a.m. and woke up about 2:30 and have felt like doing absolutely nothing for the rest of the day!
And no wonder, Ang!!! Any reason you have to? If not, just enjoy the rest of the day in peace and quiet.

Ang, my granddaughter does the same thing. My husband and I put her between us and she’s the only one who gets any sleep. I told my stepdaughter I need to get a crash helmet for the next time the little darling spends the night!
Rain is only a challenge, I dress to fight it and arrive at my destination dry and ready for a good time. Go for it!
Met our son and future daughter in law in St. Louis, MO. We have been looking at houses all day and went to White castle’s (Disgusting, lol) for lunch. My hubby was in 7th heaven. He is from IL and grew up on those disgusting little things. My FDIl went across the street and got us lunch, love this girl! lol. Going to the spagetti company for dinner tonight!
@ chocolatier...LOL! aren’t they so funny?! a helmet is a good idea! when he woke up this morning (5:00 a.m.) he sat up and gave me the biggest grin and started chattering away...he was in the best mood! i couldn’t get him home quick enough!
I finally got my bathroom cleaned! whew! still working on laundry.

Chocolatier, the kid just turned 14 and I cooked for him only because I wanted to eat too. Tomorrow morning I might not be so nice.
Coachmom, do we have twin children??? He never stopped moving when he was little and now I have had to be behind him every step today to keep him moving.
I’m exhausted!

Wow, it’s almost noon, already?
Slept in until 8:30, made some cookies, played on facebook & fabulously 40...
I too have been busy already, nothing big though. I put the dog out back and sat in my chair and chatted between all the sites, Fab,FB and Myspace. Then I went inside and cooked breakfast for myself, son and his friend.
