    • My first question would have to be where do you live? I live in Florida where my system has evolved to extreme heat and extreme humidity. South Florida which is definitely a tropical climate.
This past winter we had a really chilly winter and I got a chill in October that never really went away. On days when it was in the fifties, I was bundled up like I lived in the arctic or something. Avoided even going outside. To a northerner who had a brutal winter, such a claim was unbelievable! They’d have relished a 50 degree day! My son still lives in Chicago where he was born. I lived in the north all my young life, but I’ve been in Florida for 30 years now.
If you don’t live in a normally hot climate, I’d have a blood work done. Cold can be a sign of anemia or too thin blood. One can even be heavy and still be anemic. It’s worth a check up unless you are cold by adaption to climate.

    • I’m a northener and anything over 65 seems too warm to me.  I get about 3-4 hot flashes per hour these past couple weeks.  Yesterday I ate a really huge serving of asparagus...you know ho it makes your pee stink...well guess what, if you‘re sweating with hot flashes it comes out in your sweat too...I kept thinking, geez the papaer mill reeks tonight and then I sniffed my own skin...wow, none of that for me if I’m not planning on staying home.

    • I am cold all the time and I don;t know why either.

I have health issues and am at the doc regularly for bloodwork and such...all is good with iron and circulation so with me I don’t understand.

Hubby laughs at me. It has been in the 80’s here for days and I have been wearing long pants, a t-shirt and then in the evening I have to put on socks because my feet are like ice cubes and then I end up with a sweater on too. Go figure!

If you find a remedy, please share it with me!!! lol estatic

    • I live in South Carolina but am originally from MI.  I don’t know if that makes a difference.  I just can’t seem to stay warm unless the temp is 80 or above.

    • My right hand gets really cold but that is due to tendonitis - my elbow cuts off some circulation to my hand -it’s only my right hand so that’s kind of weird but yesterday I was sitting here at work with a jacket on and it’s 95 degrees outside. I also get hot flashes so it just comes and goes for me.
