Good morning ladies~
Im leaving mid July for a trip out East for our summer vacation and a family reunion of sorts.  Does anyone know a quick fix to get rid of my “muffin top“.  I’m not “fat” persay, but I’ve put on ten pounds in a year and its all mid section. I already walk 10000 to 18000 steps a day, so that isn’t going to help.  Any GOOD exercises??  HELP!!  Thank you!!

    • what works for me...limit carbs, increase water intake, eat small portions and lie on a mat with legs extended straight down one on top of the other, hold in stomach, bring one leg up for a count of ten and then pulse leg for another count of ten...do three sets on each side...you will feel a burn in your hip/lower waist area, that means it is working..let me know how you do!

    • I dont have an exercise for you, but I would increase water and decrease carb and sugar.  Everything wants to settle around your mid-section when you reach your forties.  The only thing that works for me is cutting back.

    • Also over the counter Diuretics(water pills) can get you slim pretty quick while wearing a tight body slimmer.
