My husband had owned his own service company and had gotten called by the factory to come fix things on the house. He was from NH and I was in MA. After being divorced I figured I’d go up and check out the guys working on the house. Six months later we were married and we‘re headed for 25 years!estatic

She always claimed her guy wherever we went. I walked in the other direction and tried to avoid him all night. I did not want to upset my friend. I went upstairs to the bathroom, Mr.KISS was coming out and he says I like your tail. I thought it was falling off so I turned my head to look and he says “at midnight I am going to kiss you” I said this is a halloween party not New Years eve. He laughed and followed me around the rest of the evening.Around midnight I went to the backyard and was walking back into the house when he stepped in front of me and planted the best kiss I ever had on me.He was still is the best kisser ever.

    • i met my future husband-to-be at work.  i really wasn’t that interested in dating but he had decided that he was ready, so he prepared a list and wrote down 10 names of women that he might be interested in.  unknowingly, i was the first person on his list.  he asked me out for a cup of coffee and the so the story began.  he never made it to the second person on the list.

Then I had quit that job, and a couple years later his bff and my bff got married and we reconnected.

We hung out as good friends for a year or so, then one day we realized it was more. The rest is history! lol

Actually he liked my friend first and she liked him, I wasn’t even Interested at that time..lol... they went out one time and It didn’t work out. Then we moved away a few months after and I had found his number and told my friend I was going to give him a call and she thought It was a good Idea so I decided to call him and we went out and from then on, we started dating and moved In together. It was an off and on thing, but we ended up married and here we are 21 years later happy married 13 years but known him for 8 years before that.

    • This is such intersting reading.

I meet my now husband almost 18 years ago.  My then husband worked with him and invited he and his wife to a party we were having.  I hadn’t met him, and when he walked into my house, I thought he was the best looking man I’d ever laid eyes on.  Of course, I never dreamed that night that he and I would eventually end up together, I was just enjoying the scenery.
