do you have a fantastic customer service story? I just recieved an email from KITCHENAID saying they will replace my manual can opener free of charge.........dont even have to send the old one back.I was very pleased about this!!

    • Several occasions I had a problem with items I ordered with QVC. They always have been more than willing to solve the problem, refund my money or send a replacement even after the 30 return policy. They took a Dell computer back after we had it for a year as we constantly had problems with it and Dell was no help. They are by far the best in customer service that I ever dealt with.happy
