    • Well my kiddies aren’t kiddies anymore. frown But I do miss back to school shopping and I loved buying everything. New sneakers and clothes...all the fun supplies...cool binders...backpacks...it was all fun. I miss back to school. In a few years my grandson will be going to school and then I can start it all over again! estatic

    • My oldest is only six so the “Back to School” thing is still new and alive with us at our house.  Among all the other new supplies, I’ve found it exciting for him to send him off to school with his chioce of a new backpack (K = Transformers, 1st = Iron Man, 2nd = GI Joe).  He also gets new shoes and a new set of name labels for his lunch box, backpack, folders, jackets, etc.

I can’t wait to see that kind of joy again when my youngest starts kindergarten next year!  These are very sweet times, aren’t they?

    • My son is in the 10th grade and doesn’t want mom’s help.  I always bought way in advance except for shoes, backpacks, and specialty items requested by teachers.  My favorite backpacks they make some cute ones.  Now, it’s not how cute it is it’s how much can it hold.
