    • It’s a rodent.  There will be no rodents living in any house where i live.  That’s all i have to say about it!  LOL

    • My dd wanted one so bad. But, for my house, nope. We have a cat, 3 dogs, and a bearded dragon.

They are very cute, but not for me.

    • It looks like a rat to me and I have plenty of them around my chicken coop.  I can’t use poison so out comes my 22 rifle and blast it goes!  All I can tell you is rats carry diseases and they have poop pellets which are large.  They are disgusting and dirty.

    • That WAS funny Carol.

I know that parrots and rats have nothing in common.  But I have a Blue and Gold Mackaw and we just rescued a Umbrella Cockatoo- just today.

And I beg you- please dont buy something because it looks cool. please.  (my hands in prayer position)
What would you do if it stresses you out? What would you do if you stressed it out to the point that it mutilated itself?

      Please dont get one.
Go to a rescue center and see what I am talking about. And if you are still inclined - Adopt one of them and do not support pet stores that would have the nerve to sell any exotic animal.

I didnt realize that you did not want one. Maybe you should take your family that is campagning for one to the rescue center.

    • I think they are very cute but would not want the responsibility or one in my house either.  I’m happy to put food out on the deck every morning to feed the squirrels though.happy
