Do carry the same handbag or do you match them to the outfit you plan on wearing ?
I carry the same one. The only time I change to a smaller Travelon organizer bag is when we go to the races or something like that. I take the bare necessities so I’m not carrying around a larger handbag.
Sometimes but most of the time, I just use the same hangbag.
I use the same handbag when going to work, but on days off I change my handbag to match what I am wearing. I have so many, I need to make my way to all of them.
You could say that I match my bag to my clothes OR you could say I use the same one for most occasions (evening attire is the exception).
When I worked all my clothes were black with some flair thrown in in the form of red...either shoes, scarves, belt,cami
Now that I am home it’s jeans, black boots and black tops with the occasional flair of red
Summer attire has been khaki or jean shorts, capris, bermudas with black sandals or flips and yep you guessed it black tops....
So which is it? I match to the outfit or I use the same?

My mother drummed into my head that handbags and shoes need to match. I know that the fashion world has changed and the rules of handbags and shoes have changed too but I feel funny if I’m carrying a different color from my shoes. I once bought a bag that had both brown and black in it. That made it easier.
I carry a “big” black bag....my chiro is trying to get me to change this. The only time I use a clutch type purse is when I go to a special event and don’t want to lug around a heavy handbag...and my “clutch” is black too.
It depends on the occasion. I usually carry a purse seasonal for everyday. If i have a special meeting or event or church more to match my outfit. i love purses so even my everyday purse I chaneg frequently too
I change purses with the seasons...so to speak....but for the most part....same bag everyday....I’m trying to downsize too...that piece of luggage I was carrying was killing my shoulder...
I have a small assortment of purses and the only coordination is basic colors and difference in sizes according to my day.
I have wayyyyy too many purses so I was going to get rid of some. I put them in a box and wrote “FREE” take one if you like. ALL the little girls in the neighborhood were carrying my purses, it was funny, I got a kick out of seeing them all recycled.
I usually carry the same one during the week, If I go somewhere nice I match the outfit for POP appeal. I change for church and back to old faithful on Monday.
Speaking of handbags....I just bought myself this deliciously soft red leather handbag. It matches my red leather wallet. Im loving it! Im not changing this handbag for a long time!! I just dont have the time to transfer my crap from one place to another. Can you say busy??? LOLOL

I agree with term , it’s also fun to carry a different color handbag !!!!
I have several nice purses that just sit in my closet. One of my fav’s is a beautiful black and red purse from Brighton but I never use it! I’m too lazy......I use a black bag daily. (Unless I’m going somewherre special or want a smaller evening bag which is rare.)
