Hi. I wanted to share something with you awesome friends of mine. The attachment is the PDF doc that explains the workshop I am booking today to attend in San Diego. The only thing is, when it comes to traveling long distances alone, I’m an anxious NERD. Personally, I think it’s unfair to feel this way. lol I need a kick in the ass to beat that stupid fear of mine. This workshop is beyond valuable! For me to be able to go is a dream come true.

Risk is always scary but easy isn't always "easy" so grasp the opportunity and dive right in.

Vicki always says the right thing. I have nothing but encouragement to add. I know that flying is truly a scary experience for some. The fear is very real. I have a good girlfriend who has to fly a lot and she is in the same place as you emotionally about it. But if you focus on the total experience and the excitement of it all, then flying to and from only becomes a minute part of the whole.
This sounds like a dream trip for you, Jen. Enjoy it to the fullest and keep us posted.
You know what I think it is? I’m not used to great things, especially THIS great happening. Foreign territory. Prob overthinking it...

Just think about the event and how exciting that opportunity is! I hate flying, too, but going to Vegas was no big deal because of what was waiting there.
You are not alone, I’m in San Diego.
let’s do dinner on the 9th? or 10th, what ever works for you, if lunch is better, just let me know.

I am SO excited I can’t even get a grip!! I’m going to go for a walk. haha Yana, that is SO great. Let me iron out all of the kinks in this as we are still searching for the right flight then I will plan something with you too. How AWESOME!! 
Maybe I will stay an extra day or something... Will keep you posted.

I am just starting out as a photographer and would so love to attend something like this!! Wish I could say I would join you and you wouldnt be alone, but finances dont permit it. Please dont be nervous and go and enjoy! This sounds like an awesome opportunity. Wish there was one more near by to me!! Im envious!!

As for flying, well, just ask Missy and Judy. I was whining about it for weeks. But.........I survived!!! LOLOL
As far as empowering.....yes that is so true. I have NEVER traveled alone my entire life. What an experience it was. And to have two of my best friends greeting me at the other end was just even more terrific!!!
