      My very favorite quick meal, if you like beef, is to get a small beef tenderloin, broil to a medium rare, back a few small purple potatoes and top with grated parmesan cheese and pine nuts toasted with garlic and steamed broccoli.  The whole thing takes about 20 minutes.  Drizzle the potatoes and broccoli with olive oil and voila! you have a quick tasty meal.  I usually finish it with a dark chocolate sugarfree mousse.  Served with a really nice cabernet.

      My husband make a mean Pork chop. You need 4 Pork chops center cut with bone about half inch to 3/4 inch thick, 2onions, 2whole lemon,1/2cup of brown sugar,1/2cup of chili sauce(any brand)1tsp on black pepper. Heat oven at 325. place chops in deep pan. Cut 1 onions into slices as thick as you like. Cut 1 lemons into slices, Lay one slice of onion and one slice of lemon on each chop. Now take a measuring cup put brown sugar and chili sauce and black pepper in cup add the lemond juice of the left over lemond into cup and stir. Pour this sauce over chops (make sure to cover the whole chop) cover pan and bake at 325 for 1.5 hour to 2 hours the chops will fall off the bone. You don’t even need a knife at the table. if the chop doesn’t fall off the bone than it need more time in oven. I serve this with rice.
      Rice: 1 cup rice 1 can of campbells beef consume, 80z of water chop 2celery thin small slices and chop 1/2 on onion add all of this to pot bring to boil. Cover and lower heat till all water is gone careful not to burn rice.
