    • Oh yeah, plenty of rain and wind at that. Buurrrrrr!!!  It has stopped for awhile but earlyer It was crazy! I looked out my window and looked like a waterfall coming down from my roof. worried Other then that we are fine here, I don’t live up on the hill where there are mud slides, thats scary.

How are you doing Cynthia? Thank you for asking and being so thoughtful.heart

    • Stay dry and safe, everyone. I’m a native of Southern California and remember the years of El Nino winters. I watched the Huntington Beach pier come down in a storm, Beach Blvd flooded and closed many times, sand bags all along PCH - it’s scary.

    • It’s been raining so much here you can’t even see the sidewalks along the neighborhood cause the water Is that high that It covers them. It’s suppose to be raining here till Friday and then I think we get a break and It starts up again after the weekend.

I worry about hubby when It rains like this cause he has to work outside In It. I call him off and on to make sure hes alright.

    • We had 4 inches on the side of the house, the drain stopped working, THANK GOD my hubby caught it and my son drained it, other wise my wooden floors would be wet by now.

I know that being in San Diego, I should just suck it up and not complain, but boy...the weather is really bad...and I hate it.

    • I moved down here from Seattle to get away from this kind of weather! Yesterday was really interesting.

My husband is out of town and it seems like this kind of stuff ALWAYS happens when John is gone. Last night I was curled up in bed reading and all of a sudden hail was being hurled against the window so hard I thought they would break. So Jager (my dog) and I went and sat in the stairwell (he was freaked out!).

Then when it tapered off we got up and went downstairs and then BOOM! Thunder so loud and strong it felt like it was in the room and shook everything. Back to the stairwell!!

After an hour everything calmed down, but I guess we're in for more thunderstorms (and tornadoes) today. Wow, huh?

The dramatic shifts in barometric pressure and temperature aren't doing me any favors right now (my fibromyalgia is really weather sensitive...which is why we moved!)
