I take a multi-vitamin now and then because I’m not good at eating enough veggies. I also started taking a Vit D supplement because I realized I get virtually no D at all and when it’s winter time here, one certainly has no chance of getting sunlight on ones skin!

When I remember I take a multi vitamin, and omega fish oil because my Dr. told me to.
just a womens multi-vitamin and one for calcium + K. my diet is well balanced and all of my blood work is good so there wasn’t any real need to get anything else started.
I take a great multi-vitamin! I can feel the difference so much so that if I forget to take it I feel like taking a nap in the middle of the day.
I take Centrum vitamins for women plus a Caltrate calcium because I eat too much junk food!
I take viatmin B complex, Vitamin C with Ester, Calicum, Magnesseum and potassium mixture, mainly becuase my doctor told me too. somteimes DMEA for mental clairty I am ADHD and sometimes Nicain and B 12
I take iron, calcium and vitamin d...and suppose to be taking b12 but keep forgetting to buy it...these are all under the doctors orders.
I take a multi vitamin/mineral supplement from 24 hr fitness, extra calcium, and a glucosamine/chondroitan supplement. I feel better when I take them, so I know they‘re useful.
