Q & A

What changes have you made to your diet/lifestyle that have helped you maintain your weight.  One thing I do frequently is take one of the pieces of bread off any bun/sandwich.

    • I limit my carbs throughout the day..and no carbs or very little after 4:00 p.m. as your body starts to slowly wind down and your metabolism is not at its peak performance...up your veggies for your dinner meal and increase your water intake all day..hope this helps.happy

    • The bread, pasta, rice I took them out only to substitute for more chocolate.

    • No gluten or soy.  I have to agree with Yana, more chocolate, at least once a day.  But I have gotten better about skipping days and going without chocolate!

    • I have incorporated a Nutritional Cleansing system that keeps me healthier than I’ve ever been. And not have to worry about gluten free, avoiding carbs all together, etc like before. As well as being much thinner, leaner, and with amazing blood levels when I go for my annual cholesterol, Hdl, Ldl, triglycerides, blood pressure, etc. Also, a new water concentrate that helps alkalize my body. This is super important since we tend to be acidic from everyday foods. AND healthy chocolates that help curb appetite. It’s quality dark chocolate with healthy amino acids, B vitamins and other nutrients to help curb hunger, boost energy, support menatl focus and promote calm. I love my healthy chocolates and I don’t have to feel guilty about eating chocolate!

Congrats to each of you for finding what works for you as well. Way to go!!!

    • I try to eat only ‘clean’ food. I avoid additives and all the added nasties in prepackaged food.

I drink plenty of water...now ph balanced with IsaWater!... and I totally avoid gluten and cow’s milk.

    • I have found that both gluten and lactose not only ‘gum up’ my digestive system, they cause a whole lot of other problems.

Since I stopped eating them and started supplementing with Isagenix, I have lost weight (size 26 to a 16!), stopped having optical migraines, my skin is not dry and my IBS (irritable bowel) has almost disappeared.

My husband has also stopped having acid reflux.  My 5yr old son is also off gluten & milk and on Isagenix and NONE of us have had colds and flu for two years!!

    • I take Shakeology—it is a product of Beach Body.  It’s a whole food and helps in weight loss.  But, I have always eaten a lot of raw vegetables and fruits. I’m laying off the heavy pastas, and eating out frequently.

    • Definitely limiting my carb intake.  Starting taking several various vitamins.  Yoga, meditation and walking in the park.  Not baking as many homemade goodies.  Incorporating more salads and veggies in our family meals.
