    • I really wish I would have finished school first and found a career instead of going straight to work...would have saved myself years of working at jobs that I didn’t enjoy.

    • I would say I wished I finished college instead of getting married.  I waited 6 yrs after marriage before I had my son.  I think I’m a little to old to attend Southwest in San Marcos!happy

    • I wish I had found myself first. I wish I had gone out and experienced the world. I was married at 19 and had my first at 20. I now tell my children to go out and LIVE life and explore WHO they are before making ANY long-term commitments. That includes a career.

    • I had my first at 20.  At the time, I thought I’d done and seen a lot.  LOL!  How naive I was!!!

But, I’m really glad I had my children while I was young.  If I’d waited till I had gotten established in a career or gone on for a higher degree, I’m sure I’d have never had kids.

I do wish I’d have been a little more financially secure before I had the first one.  Also wish I’d have had her alone and not married her father.

    • I am thrilled to report I wouldn’t change a thing.  Did it at 22, had one, been there and done that.  Like Tuliplady, I’d probably not had her if I did the career thing first.  I’m glad that at 45, I am soooooooo done.  I’ve already given her my opinion that given her circumstances, the world we live in, and so on, NOT having kids should be an option she should consider...fortunately, she agrees.  She is at the same age that I got knocked up and married her dad because of it.

    • The only thing I can think of was to further my college education, instead of a 2 year degree, attaining that 4 year degree, which would have meant more money in my pocket when I was working all those years..now our son is almost 23 and we do have the time to travel and we‘re still young.estatic
