Do you think the Supreme Court judges should have a term limit instead of being appointed for life?
My opinion is that they should have a term limit. The latest judge is turning 90 and is going to decide whether to continue being a judge or retire.
ummm not sure on this one.
"As you open the door to new relationships and remove the chain from your own fears, God will overwhelm you with new splendor."
Their being appointed for life is part of our system of checks and balances.
I would much rather have a 90 yr old judge who has seen a lot of life than a 40 yr old judge who is too excitable about everything.
