How old were you when you found your first gray hair and was it traumatic for you?
I believe I was 25 years old when i had my first gray strand sighting. It didn’t bother me a bit.

Mine was just last week at work. I was in the washroom and the light over the mirror hit the gray strand just right so I could see it. My thought was “oh well, now my kids aren’t lying about my using miss clairol to cover the gray.”

I think around 40 and just accepted the fact that yes, I am aging.
About 39. I was fine with it because I knew I could color it if I wanted to!
I believe It was In my 40’s, It was no biggie for me. It didn’t bother me. But of course now I dye It.
I was about 30 but I pulled them when I found them, not anymore though ...too many to pull...
Mid 30’s. I was expecting it. Everyone else in my family is grey.
I think I just found one this week & I’ll be 42 soon...no big deal though. I color my hair so often I’m sure no one has even noticed LOL!!
Sadly, I don't think I've ever had "GREY" hair. I noticed a few WHITE ones sprouting around age 23? More have come in and I struggle to not routinely yank them out.
Proudly I have a handful right up front and in honor of my mum, I've not pulled them out and leave them be. 
I was about 46, it was last year and it wasn’t too traumatic. I just put a colour on my hair.
in my 20s and i thought to myself i must be getting more clever and mature lol
