Is this Midlife crisis or what? My husband is loving and sweet and a great provider. However, for 2010 my husband bought a beautiful three piece bedroom set (wood) from Graig’s List. He got it at a good deal and he has not stopped dealing with Graig’s list since. He has bought a notebook for me, replaced our double door refrigerator, bought gym equipment. All our bills are paid and on time, the mortgage in good standing but he is on a spending spree. Is this a part of mid life crisis, help me out here please.
Craig’s list is a great place to get good deals perhaps he is realizing the money that he can save by buying from Craig’s List so now he is getting the things that he has always wanted but maybe could not afford to have. I know my husband loves getting a good deal, some men love that so maybe not so much a midlife crisis as finally finding a place like Craig’s list to get what he can now afford to have:)
Your question made me laugh. I don't know if it is age related but my husband loves Craig's List too.
He doesn't surf any other part of the net but occasionally he'll cuddle up with the laptop and for hours I hear nothing but, "Hey hon! Take a look at this !"
Whoever it was that told my husband about Craig’s List is in serious trouble with me!
Men and their toys (lol)at least it’s things you can use. Men love a good bargain! If you savings are okay and you can afford it let him be. Just think about the poor ladies you have to beg and plead before their spouse will buy anything! Good shopping (lol)
Craigs list can be addictive, I told my mom about it a year ago , and she cant stay away from it !
