    • My childhood was full of drama. I remember it being a bit of everything. I grew up with my grandparents who were loving. Then there were the extended family, some of whom pretty much bullied me. My parents separated after having me and I stayed with my mother.(never knew my father..not until I was 11 yrs old). Enjoyed going to school. I remember one kid threw a stone while I was playing outside and smack right in my eye. I was around 6 yrs and I still remember my eye being shut and swollen and going to the doctor’s. One of my happiest times was being with my neighborhod friends. We would ride our bikes (chopper) around, playing and just having fun.

    • My childhood was traumatizing! I guess thats how I could put It. I lived with my grandma and her 2nd husband most of the time while my mom was traveling and working hard.

During my childhood I was sexually molested by a family member. So I would rather forget my childhood.

    • I had a pretty happy childhood.  We moved quite a bit which was ok, but changing schools wasn’t much fun.  We were dirt poor but us kids didn’t know that at the time.  Looking back I have no idea how my folks did it!  I guess I’d say I had an adventurous childhood.

    • I had a pretty good childhood. It was not perfect, but my family was happy. I was reared in a middle class neighborhood. We were the first black family to move into my neighborhood. In my nieghborhood we had one jewish family, one family with a british mother and one germany mother, one persian family for our minoroties. It was and is an aera where buses run on domestic workers schedules, low crime and teens and children are busted for breaking crufew. In my life time I know of only five murders. Yet the City is in the SF Bay Area. Then school started and life intervined. Jeaslousy, competivieness, were introduced. I still loved my childhood don’t get me wrong, but I discovered life’s ups and downs. I was well loved, cared and provided for Life was great. I still have many friends and my bff from childhood

    • My childhood wasn’t a good one...very dysfunctional...alcoholism and spousal abuse were very much an every day occurrence...I also was sexually abused...that is something that still affects me today...but life goes on...I try not to dwell on these things...I have too much every day drama to deal with to look back on those...tongue out

    • My mother had alot nerve problems as i do, and made that part of it tramatic. but i was an only child, and the only girl in a big southern family. my uncles and cousins, made me feel like a spoilt princess.
My dad still thinks i walk on water. so i would still say i was so loved
