    • When I went from Ca to Illinois, I stopped by the Grand Canyon, I drove thru Wyoming, Idaho, and saw a lot of corn fields. ha!  Also saw the very first post office in the US which was nice.  I stopped at the Mall of America which was awesome! and then of course, thru Chicago...lots to see there.  On the way back thru the Dakotas I stopped at Mt. Rushmore which was amazing!  We then drove thru the black mountains where the Battle of Little Big Horn was and also stumbled upon some nice little ghost towns.  it was fun!

    • If you are stopping by the grand canyon also check out old town in Alberque NM and the four corners too. If it is a northern route check out the national parks and the lakes

    • There are so many places to see it’s gonna be hard to pick.  I’m taking a similar trek across the country in a couple of months.  Some fun places might be Lake of the Ozarks and Branson, Missouri.  in Colorado must go to places: Telluride, Durango, Pagosa Springs. Also, Santa Fe, NM and Sedona and Jerome, Arizona.
