Hi ladies in Jamaica we specialize in jerk chicken and jerk pork, tourist always come here and love the taste.....
its something i love as it is a healthy dish also.....
My daughter just learned how to make jerk chicken and first time try for me and I loved it...
never had jerk food, have eaten with jerks, but i’m sure that is different...
I’m with you Lola, never had jerk food but plenty of jerk at dinner.LOL

Wel msj, its a special herbs and spices that we make to put on chicken, pork or fish, it can be spicy or mild serve with roasted bread fruit, its done on the grill, you would have to taste it to see what i am talking about it has a really great taste...............
