    • If you have cable or dish, check out the free videos in the rental section. Also, check out fitness magazine sites such as shape and fitness which have awesome short videos and ideas.Good luck.

    • I notice there are still exercise shows on cable as well. There used to be so many years ago. Remember Denise Austin’s show? And there were shows with different themes like yoga, weight training, dance. You may want to call your cable company and check into it.

I tried a yoga show called Inhale and it was not traditional the teacher was a man and not all the people were young and perfect tongue out also he played lots of music from the 70's and blues music.... pretty cool show. I had fun.

    • MSJ, I did “Inhale” too. It was good! That guy teacher, when he did do a yoga pose, was amazing.

Shortytalker, Fit TV Network, that Kyah mentioned, has everything under the sun. You could check it out for a day and see if something appeals to you.

Sometimes I just put on my favorite music (currently it’s Sky.fm.com’s Music from the ‘70s) and just dance to it. Free-form. It’s fun, you don’t need to take time to change, just kick off your shoes, and there you go.

I hope you’ll let us know what you choose - maybe in a Blog or something.

      Peace,
      Suzann
