This has probably been asked...But, do you have plans for the upcoming holiday weekend?
We‘re kicking back and camping with friends. There is going to be a big pack of us and only a few that I actually know!
Our town is having a celebration on Saturday. Parade, games for kids in the park, beauty contest (with the contestants being male- can’t wait to see the local welder in an evening gown!), free supper, talent show, dance......
makes me tired thinking about it all.
I’m on the food committee. Have to spend this evening getting things organized.

My living room still looks like hell hit it. I have the fridge and the bar stocked, so if friends decide to pop by, I can put them to work, then feed them and get us all tore up from the floor up.
I am going to spend the time going through my stuff for the move, what to take and what to put in storage and what to toss,,,Hope everyone has a great weekend! Happy 4th of July!!
Maryanne, I’m still doing “the purge” even months after the actual move. I pulled an entire bedroom out of storage and along with 11 years of stuff from my studio so there’s years of my stuff, my grandmother’s stuff and my mother’s stuff to go through.
Just realized I threw out my favorite pair of plaid Burmuda shorts, well donated, not tossed, but they‘re gone and I’m upset! ARGH!
Same as Linni, boating on the lake, BBQ on the dock, watching fireworks over the water.
Going to my mom’s house for a BBQ 
spending time with family there and then In the evening going to the park to watch the fireworks.
Thanks for commenting ladies! I wrote the question...then split to go have fun! We had a blast!!
