Q & A

Occasionally, I can be a nervous person and have society anxiety among a group of people. Does anyone know of a supplement (non-prescription that can be taken to relax?  I need a good recommendation.

Hi. First, I would suggest assessing what your fears are. Break them down & try to figure out what fuels them & how realistic they are. What are you afraid is going to happen that causes you anxiety?
Is this medical, or is it circumstancial? Does it happen only when you are in a group of people? If so, I’d say it’s circumstancial, and likely not a medical situation.
Is it something that can be calmed by speaking with a friend or counselor?
There are a few old fashioned remedies that calm anxiety naturally, so you can avoid taking pills etc.
Warm milk with vanilla in it. Sip a big mug of that before you go out.
St. John’s Wort Tea
Chamomile Tea
Vitamin B & B12
Also, exercise & diet play a big part in how your anxiety level acts up, or not.
Are you eating right? Drinking enough water?
There are many things that can cause anxiety~
and fears like that can do funky things to one’s life.
Assess before you take anything.
