If you could add a perfume fragrance to your soap, what would it be? I am placing my order now - and wanted some input from my Fab40 friends. I can make soaps for you with copies of many different perfume fragrances. Since I am not into ‘smells’ that much, I need some input please!
If you are looking to copy the scent of a parfume I love magnifique from lancome.
If just scents do you have a vanilla lilac combo?
Also a scent that smells like push ups?
I would purchase so let me know.....
Thx!

Here is a link to the list. I can do lilac/vanilla. I have done orange but it doesn’t smell like push-ups. Not sure how to get that! I am not a fan of Lavender but was thinking of a lavendar/vanilla combo.
We are going to make several batches, and could have some ready to ship for Christmas. I wanted to pick some scents that others would like. I personally love the Moonlit Path (we call it Man Soap) and Sensual. I am not familar with other perfume scents, so was hoping I’d find some that others like. Neither of the ones you’ve listed are there though. :(
Ooops here’s the link if you want to have a quick look. [Link Removed]
Love Spell?
Pure Seduction?
Salt City Candle “Welcome Home” (apple cider and evergreen)
Oh, and Vickie - I found a Creamcycle fragrance! I think that is the same as push-ups.
Pikake is a very intense jasmine like fragrance. I actually love it. Plumeria is more subtle and very nice. I love florals. I also like the fragrance of white ginger. it’s almost haunting. These are the tropicals that grow in Hawaii. I also like Tuberose and freesia. And lilac. And Gardenia. Rose is beautiful and classic.
I wish I was more familiar with the comination fragrances that your supplier offers. I have been wearing the same perfumes for so long, I’m not up on any of the newer things.
I’m thinking. Are they able to tell you what some of their best sellers are?
Yeah, they actually have a top 10 list, but most of them look like the holiday scents which are more popular right now.
This one sounded yummy Cynthia, but I don’t know the smell -
With tuber roses growing rampant in Hawaii we were requested to get a scent to duplicate this fantastic aroma. Our friends (born and raised in Hawaii) swore it was the real thing! We are sure you will enjoy this scent as much as we have. How about making lotion right now? (Say it Ki-Lou-Uh)
Kailua? And as for tuberose, I absolutely love that fragrance. I used to buy stalks of them and put them all over the house. Lotion in tuberose would be beautiful. I’ve used tuberose soap, too. The nice thing about these fragrances is they can bring back memories for people from their trip to the islands.
Okay,
These are the scents I am ordering:
Pikaki
Lavender Fleur
Dreamsicle
Eastern Amber
Mokalata
Rose
Lilac
Kailua
I have the others that were mentioned.
My first batch will be a Spa scent (for Spa in a Box gifts - the box includes a bar of soap, brown sugar face scrub, bath salts, and a candle tart from Lightfandango). Gift boxed and ready to go for $20 (not including shipping.) Can be shipped to your or recipient.
If anyone is interested in ordering soap or a gift box, please let me know. Proceeds all go to feeding the critters on the Shaw farm. LOL
Also as a side note, our soaps are whipped (like Ivory) so they float. They are made of all natural ingredients (aside from any requested added fragrances.) Goat Milk is a primary ingredient, and it was supposed to be Cleopatra’s secret beauty aide.
Okay, when you say Angel, are you talking Thierry Mugler or Victorias Secret? Because I would love Angel by Thierry Mugler soap and also Light Blue by Dolce and Gabbana.
For my husband I would love 360 by Perry Ellis.
Ah, Ingrid, my order is already in. It is a Thierry Mugler copy. I ended up ordering Love Spell as my ‘trial’ scent. Angel it will be next time! I didn’t see a Light Blue or 360 copy scent.
Opium Robin? I didn’t see that one either. What does it smell like?
I just created a blog for Hannah’s soaps. [Link Removed] - still very much under construction, but please stop by and become a follower! Even if you don’t order, the more followers she has, the higher her ranking in the search engines (I think!)
Lori,
I will order that scent for you next time. We make it in 4lb batches. Would you want all 4 lbs?
Happymomma is Eastern Amber a spicy scent? and what does pikaki smell like?
The descriptions are at the link above. Eastern Amber is described as spicy and musky. Pikaki is a flower from the islands I think. They are very good at describing the scents.
OPIUM is an oriental-spicy that features pepper, jasmine, carnation and vanilla.
You have GOT to smell THIS!!!
Okay, I spent most of my day setting up the website. It is not a bells and whistles site, but you can’t beat the price or simplicity! I am still working on embedding a picture at the top.
Check it out:

I chose the initial scents based on feed back. If anyone wants to order something different, let me know. I’ll need to know by Monday if you want it shipped next week.
I visited, great and simple. I like it and I will place my order tomorrow. Too lazy to get my card out, believe it or not.
Chinadoll no worries. I guess I should put a note on there that we won’t be ready to ship until next week. So, speak up if you want a different scent. Changing those buttons is a breeze, even for me!
For you almost50

Dennie,
We made a whipped peppermint soap one time and swirled it with red coloring (I typically don’t color my soaps.) That particular soap didn’t have goat milk in it which makes the soap a creamy tan color, so it was white and red swirled. EVERYBODY thought it was divinity and they wanted to eat it. I don’t advise it, but it wouldn’t hurt you like commercially processed soaps would. I am constantly having to take it away from the baby because he loves to eat it, and we use unscented.
