    • One of mine is fluffing pillows!  As soon as someone gets up from the sofa or chair, if they  squished a throw pillow while they were sitting, I have to fluff it up as soon as they get up! ..like I have to help that pillow breathe again ..lol estatic

    • I do the same thing Rose. I also, have to fold and fix the blankets that are on the coach after someone gets up. And I make sure that there are no dishes in the sink and the counters are clean and free of clutter. It just makes me feel better to come downstairs the next morning to a clean kitchen. tongue out

    • I hate when someone rifles through my desk at work and moves things around when I’m not there. I know exactly how I leave my desk and know when someone has been looking for something in my piles. The person who sits across from me marvels how I can come in and bellow who was sitting at my desk? And don’t let me be missing something like a pen I bought, leaving the crappy cheap stuff everyone else has. I actually go around and hunt for it.

    • I take a something whenever I go over to a friends house, food, flowers, or  wine. Once a friend got rather perturbed with me because of this habit. I shared with her my reasoning, if she could think enough of me to share her time and hospitality, I could think enough of her to offer  a gesture of appreciation, she was no longer perturbed and in fact began to ask me to bring things, dips, salad, etc. I am a pretty darn cook, because I love to eat estatic

    • Ok maybe I’m crazy, but I have to have my knick knacks facing a certain way or it bugs the hell out of me.

The bathroom towels have to be neat and when I’m out at a restraunt, I feel the need to keep the table we are eating at cleaned. I will put our used napkins or used sugar wrappers all in one pile and if i have an empty dish, i put them on that and pile the dishes as we are done eating. The waitress or waiter seems to like me...LOL cause they have less to clean up.tongue out

    • My kitchen and bathrooms have to be tidy.  I can’t go to bed with a messy kitchen, makes me crazy to make my morning coffee in clutter.  Bathroom floor and shower have to be clean, laundry picked up and mirror clear.  The livingroom can look as if a bomb went off in it and the bedroom can be a disaster, but the kitchen and bathroom must be clean!

    • When people put dirty dishes in every part of the sink. We have one of those 3 compartment sinks and it really bugs me when I go in there and I have to move dishes around before I can use the sink.

    • Omg, Fran, that’s so funny, we sound so much alike with those little nit-picky things, its great!  And Kathryn, I do the same thing when we‘re dining out. happy

I love hearing that all you ladies have silly things about you, it makes me feel ok about myself (knowing I have so many silly, quirkly indiosyncrasies!

..here’s one more for the road:
when I’m cooking in the kitchen I have to wash the pots, pans and utensils, wipe the stove and counters, etc as I’m going along. I hate a big mess when I’m all done cooking, so I always clean as I’m going along.  And it drives me absolutely NUTS that my husband does the opposite, and leaves everything a big mess! estatic
