I don’t always do the whole body thing...just depends on my time...but when I do have time...I do. I also exfoliate my entire body too! Was that TMI? lol
When I can remember and not too tired that I just head on to bed. But I do like putting lotion all over my body and hand cream for my hands and then face cream for my face, I feel so refreshed and smelling good when I go to sleep
Yes I do its a must for me.
