When was the last time you were given wonderful customer service? Not the face to face one with a smile and the general "have a nice day", the Internet kind, where you did not see a face, but you heard an assuring, helping voice that led  to great outcome for you at the end of the day.

Hi Anette - Thanks for asking!
Actually, people just started writing in to the company saying that they had the most outstanding customer experience ever - and thanking us for helping them.  We also offer a custom bridal jewelry service which runs through our customer service department - so that’s where most of the bridal letters come from.  When I started CountryDutchess.com I had two  customer service ideas - one was to choose the best packaging I could afford, because I think the way you send something out is a reflection of what you  think of your customers and we wanted them to know how special they are to us; and the second thing was to provide customer service that is personal, that doesn’t send out automated cut and paste answers (can’t stand that!) and really deals with each problem on an individual basis. We’ve been in business for five years now and it’s a plan that has seemed to work for us- so far we have not had to do  one drop of advertising - our reputation is totally word of mouth and I think customer service played a big role in that.  Hope this answers your  question - sorry it’s so long! :) Colette
