    • havn’t in a while - but to make my mind relax I used to/need to,  be still and picture myself doing tai chi chuan forms or playing a specific song on piano...  

      when thoughts wander, I gently bring them (thoughts) back to where I left off in my thought process on which move I was doing (in martial arts) or what keys I was playing (piano)

    • I say a word or statement of inspiration over and over with my eyes closed. I start out very loud and gradually get softer and softer untill it is only a wisper and then just the lips moving. That way no other thoughts can come in my mind...Eventually I fall asleep because of how relaxed and peasful this process isestaticheart
