Q & A

Anyone here with chronic back pain? My stepdaughter is dealing with some disc issues and also had a car accident in January. Narcotics were a problem for her and celebrex is not strong enough. Any suggestions?

    • She takes a Celebrex in the morning and then 2 tramadol at 8 hour intervals. This isn’t working.

    • I take Norco, usually only at bedtime, unless it’s been a particularly bad day, then I may take some more. PT didn’t seem to help, wearing my brace helps a little, but for the most part I just have to suck it up.

    • First of all, she’s going to have to learn to live with this.  Has she tried accupuncture?  Energy healing (reiki, quantum energetics, to name a couple)?  physical therapy?

I have problems with a disc in my lower back and one in my neck.  For the most part, I do as Ruby saiys, suck it up.  I’ve got no choice but to get up and go to work.
