Mid life transition: The time when we close a chapter in our lives in favor of something new, fresh, creative and for our own self fulfillment for our second half.

crisis: When life feels completely upside down. Nothing we knew about ourselves and about life are valid anymore. We have not established a new direction yet and we feel lost.

Depression: The heart is heavy. There is no motivation to even participate in daily life events. There is confusion and intense sadness accompanied by body aches. We feel there is no hope.

Infidelity: Being disloyal physically, emotionally, or even verbally slandering our mate to others.

Emotional: Internet intimacy with another, phone conversations of an intimate nature, being too close with a co-worker. Actually I define this as behaving in such a way that if your spouse was watching without you knowing it and it made him/her uncomfortable and made it nessessary for you to apoligize - that’s probably emotional infidelity.

Physical: When the emotional turns into the physical. Kissing included.
