    • Funny thing, we‘re both on the exact same schedule. Once in awhile I won’t be tired and I’ll wait to go upstairs. And lately, I’m not sleeping very well and I come downstairs and lay on the couch so I don’t wake him with my tossing and turning.

    • No.  After cleaning up the kitchen I usually go take my shower and turn on the TV in the bedroom and he usually come’s up around 10:00.  Since my son’s daughter has moved back in it seem’s like I’m retreating to the bedroom earlier each night!

    • Cynthia, I do the same thing.  If I wake and can’t go back to sleep I go downstairs and get on the sofa and turn on the TV hoping to fall back to sleep.

    • No, my father was like that and as much as I love him - I hated having to go to bed just because he was going to bed. Usually my husband goes goes to bed first and I enjoy a quiet peaceful house for a while and then I’ll sneak into bed. happy

    • Well, we sleep in seperate rooms (a whole differant story..lol) But we both go to bed when we feel tired. 3 days out of the week it’s usually at the same time sence we both get up early. But on my days off and the weekends, we both tend to stay up late doing our thing and go to sleep when we want.estatic

    • Heck no....and if I could I would be sleeping in another room!  IN fact last night...I was laying on the sofa...watching tv and surfing on the laptop and I got sleepy and fell asleep.  When my son came in from work after midnight...he told me to go to bed but I was sleeping so good that I just felt it was best to stay.  It was the best night sleep I’ve had in a while.  I’m probably going to stay there tonight.  I can’t take the snoring.

So to answer the question...no...I don’t follow him and he doesn’t follow me!!estatic

    • We both go to bed the same time on weeknights.  We don’t sleep in the same room (for a huge array of reasons) but we go to bed about the same time.  Saturday nights he stays up quite late and I don’t and sometimes on those Saturday nights I have to remind him to turn the stupid tv down, but mostly he’s very considerate.

    • We sleep in separate rooms because of snoring. I put on the TV and set the sleep timer. The TV helps me sleep.

    • No, we generally go to bed at the same time, but if I have to get up earlier and he’s still up, I sleep in a separate room.  I am a light sleeper whereas he is not.
