Ok yoga and me are at war with each other and my advise is if things were done without lifting one leg off ground I wouldnt have been the leaning almost falling tree! Lol

    • LOL, that’s how it was for me in the beginning. I was wobbling and that made me laugh so my balance got even more unstable and I couldn’t hold the pose. I’ve improved and so has my balance.

    • I love yoga Yoga X to be specific. Even the first 35 mins of the vinasa series makes me feel awesome. I NEED it in fact I should do it today... might knock some stress out. I need mind-body-soul balance. Im in process of adjusting to a new home and you'd think Id be ecstatic... Anyway, dont worry about falling tree etc. :D You'll get there. Practice alot and you'll see the super awesome body benefits.. even if ya DO wipe out occasionally. :D

    • heart I do enjoy it but I feel pretty clutzy!!!! lol I’m looking forward to the next class and my girlfriend and plan to rotate houses as we do an extra session a week followed by laughter and maybe a martini????? I know,I know so maybe another session after our session! LOL
