Im avalible the other 6 days if need be. so, as Im writting this my cell phone is blowing up by one employee that I know wants to call out of work today to do something. its extended mall hours and my asst. manager gets there by one. its 11:45 now. Should I answer or stick to my guns about no call Sundays

    • Aaaaahhhh the beauty of retail and the job! Unfortunately this time of year there is no time off....

So I say to my managers that their employees need to call them before contacting me. Also I tell my managers that they are more than welcome to call me anytime but that then allows me to do the sameestatic

    • I think I would take the most important calls...but they should have a source to call first, right?
