    • Oh Alli - I’m so sorry, my heart goes out to you.  One of the reasons I’m getting started here on this network is one of my clients told me about everyone and said it would be a perfect place to let them know about my help.  So I’m just getting started and don’t know all the protocols yet - but when you get a chance, take a look at my web sites - www.holiday-harmony.com and also www.inlivingharmony.com.

Starting two years ago I had to put all my “tools” to work because they were being tested:  between family and my pet, I lost 15 in that time!  This unbelievably bad time ended when last Christmas I lost my dear aunt who taught me to sew (which eventually ended up being my first career, home sewing) - anyway, I can tell you that you can release emotion in comfortable ways and so while you will still have to process, it won’t be enduring.  Right now for example I have a women who just lost her husband a few weeks before Thanksgiving, and she actually felt peaceful and laughed on the day.

If there’s anything I can do for you, just email me.  On my main site, there’s a FREE EFT tutorial just click on the Emotional Freedom Techniques stuff, so don’t wait for help - sending you loads of balanced energy and love.  Cathleen

    • One of the best things for me since turning 40 is the ability to see that when something is stressing me out, that I can just stop dealing with it (a person, or environment) that I do not have to deal with someone who is a downer, that I do not have to attend every party, get every gift...etc. If is isn’t fun I do not have to participate.

    • Welcome to Fab40, Cathleen.

I’m good, at the moment. I’ve been enduring the X taking his time finalizing the divorce he decided he wanted last year on Dec 2nd, but he’s finally doing something about buying me out. I think my waving neigborly to his girlfriend if we met on the driveway decided him. It
was what I hoped anyway. LOL
