    • In 1999, my hubby and I went dancing to a local nightclub.  The music was great and I remember Prince’s “1999” song coming on and dancing to that.  We had a nice breakfast there too.  Yeah, we need to get out and do more dancing!!

My worst was getting kicked out of a New Years eve party shortly before midnight.  What happened was that my boyfriend at the time took me to a party at my ex-boyfriend’s house.  They were friends and he (my BF) told me that my ex did not want me to come.  My BF didn’t care and brought me anyway.  We managed to hide out in the basement for a while but eventually we were caught and were asked to leave.  That was  good party too! frown

    • I can not really remeber a bad New Year’s Eve celebration, some have been with friends, loved ones and some alone, but I have found a way to enjoy each and everyone of them. I have always avoided going out on New Year’s Eve and prefer more low key celebrations

    • We both like to keep New Year’s low key as well.  The last 3 years in a row we’ve taken the bike and camper to Hill Country (just the two of us) and we ride all day and hang out around a big ol’ fire at night and enoy the millions of stars.  Last year some kids over a hill had a pretty awesome fireworks display.  Then the year before, these people had rented the party house and invited us to their party.  That was nice, they had ton’s of food and when we left we just had to walk across the campground to our place.happy

    • Hmmm, I guess the worst new year’s eve would be having an abcessed wisdom tooth pulled on New Years Eve day.

Best, probably senior year of high school having a party at a friends house.  The details are a little fuzzy, but I remember it being a lot of fun.

    • This one is the best! It’s the first New Year’s I’ve celebrated out with others in 18 years and I had a really great night. It was lightly snowing (without the wind to blow it horizontal) for the mile drive home and I love snow so it was like icing on the cake. Oh... and I had a few bites of a decadent chocolate cake last night!
