    • That’s quite a goal Neicy!  I would like to lose 90 pounds.  I lost 30 pounds by walking around a lot last year.  I’m going to try it again this year.

    • Congratulation to everyone. I try to keep fit by walk/jogging on my lunch. And now that the new year is here I am looking to lose about 10-15 lbs. I have started by writing down everything I eat. It helps to see how many calories we ingest without thinking about it. When you write it down it brings food into perspective. Keep up the good work.

    • Got back into the gym after carrying excess weight for 5 years.  Boy does fat move faster after age 40.  I am highly disciplined in the gym once I get to notice a single little difference.  Single little differences start to pile up and so the chain reaction begins.  So far I have received 1 compliment; and I am fitting better into last years clothes.  Now I am working on eating better.  I drink a meal replacement every day and feel better.  I have a healthier way of looking at things even opinions.

    • I found a great site called fit day.

It helps count calories puts a pie chart up on the fat, fiber etc... all nutition values and also has a smiley face you take a quiz and the expression changes (about how was your day rating it from stress level, happiness, hungry, etc..)

It is really interesting to document everything.. is helping me by making me aware of the intake of fat vs protien and I can pull up the pie chart and graphs.... shocking.

    • MSJ, there is another website you might want to check out. It’s called sparkpeople.com. It has some great recipes, diet log, & other great features. I was using this site for a while, but don’t have the time right now. I still go there for the recipes. Most are low calorie, fat etc... Try it you might like it. Also, they have inspirational stories, blogs just a lot of good things to help people lose weight.
