    • Bully children usually grow up to be bully adults.  And with it comes the legal aspects.  I was bullied as a child which is why I worked in the field of psychology.  Learning to explore another ones path helped me grow strong and not bullied anymore.  As an adult you do have control, as I mentioned earlier, legal aspects.  If you are bullied as an adult, please react and nip it before it becomes abuse.  There is a fine line there.  Just want to let you know that if you would like to consult with someone, contact the United Way and they have a list of services you can get in touch with to speak with a behavioral therapist.  If you need to mention to United Way about a sliding scale fee, then do so. Social services are about taking care of the community as a whole. Use them, they are out there.

    • No, I wont stand for any type of bully. Bully me once and the reaction you get will not be something your ready for.
I believe as adults we have contol over what we allow. And I truely learned this lesson the hard way. I used to be married to a bully and thats the nicest word I can think to ever descibe him.

    • Yes and the wrath of me was leashed! I agree with cheeky that it is what we allow; yet in some cases you have folks on jobs that attempt to bully everybody until which they are sued and fired. It happens more than people believe and it is not cool!frown
